Vision, Mission, and Objectives
Vision To establish a self-reliant, egalitarian, and knowledge-based cultural society free from any type of exploitation.
Mission To educate, organize and empower the rural poor in such a manner that they could best judge their course of action to achieve Gram Swarajya.
Objectives • To mobilize, motivate, aware and organize the village community especially the weaker sections to empower them to fight for their rights and entitlements necessary for their self-reliance. • To strengthen and empower community-based organizations (CBOs) at the grassroots level for the development of infrastructure facilities like schools, health centers, and skill development training institutions. • To do advocacy for the weaker sections of society to make the system sensitized for their different issues and concern. • To promote livelihood options for rural youth through vocational skill development training programs. • To mainstream disadvantaged children with education and promotion of child rights. • To strengthen local self-governance through sensitizing and developing leadership among EWRs. • To promote people maintaining better health and hygiene and small family norms. • To conduct and facilitate all other programs/activities supportive and complementary as required morally helping achieve the objects of social development as a whole.
